Welcome to NetMitra, India’s Own Social Media Platform, developed and maintained by Cyberei Technologies Private Limited (“Cyberei”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using NetMitra (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our Platform.
By using NetMitra, you confirm that:
You are at least 13 years old.
You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
Your account has not been previously suspended or removed for violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

NetMitra is built to foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive digital space. You agree to:
Treat all users with respect.
Avoid hate speech, harassment, and discriminatory content.
Not engage in misinformation or deceptive practices.
Violation of these guidelines may result in content removal, account suspension, or legal action.
You agree not to:
Use the Platform for unlawful purposes.
Impersonate another person or entity.
Interfere with Platform security or performance.
Collect user data without consent.
All Platform content, design, logos, code, and features are the property of Cyberei Technologies and protected under Indian intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
NetMitra may include links or integration with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or policies of such services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to NetMitra at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, our policies, or applicable laws.
NetMitra is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services.
We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cyberei shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill, resulting from your use of NetMitra.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with jurisdiction under the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on the Platform with the updated effective date. Continued use of NetMitra after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
